him just shaking and jumping at the top like that made me scared af lmao. i really cant understand whats in his mind its really amazing and makes me curious what its like to tap into that mindset that has no fear. i believe fear keeps me from doing dumb things though so i wouldnt let it go.

he's the best? how come all these other documentaries of mountain climbing says this guy's the best, this guy's the best etc. but they ended up be free solo climbers that climbed hundreds of mountains 1000 feet+ no ropes, no nothing but chalk. but they all had same story, they end up dying because equipment failure or nature killed them. i think its smart to climb with ropes.

Why do I ALWAYS watch videos about mountain climbers, plane crashes, rooftoppers, storm chasers, extreme roads or bridges, car chases, road rage, extreme weather events, earthquakes, tsunamis, 911 emergencies, freak accidents, wild animal encounters, etc.?? I guess it’s because I’m secretly scared to death to venture out and do most anything that has a “risk” element. Even just driving down the highway can stress me out, especially when the weather isn’t ideal, or when I’m in a big city with freeways. The problem is, EVERYTHING WE DO AND EVERY PLACE WE GO has a certain amount of risk or danger involved. You just never know when it might raise it’s ugly head. Right? As you may have guessed, I lead a pretty boring life, when it comes to exploration, the great outdoors, or traveling. I’m a “home body” these days. I used to enjoy swimming competitively, racing sailboats, scuba diving, power boating, water skiing, camping, a little mountain climbing, 12-speed biking, motor biking, minimal wilderness trail hiking, hunting (squirrel, rabbit, Jack rabbit, antelope, whitetail and mule deer, and fishing. I still enjoy fishing very much. And I enjoy grilling outdoors, walks by the lake with my wife, visiting my two sons and granddaughter, and hanging with my cat. I’ve had a good life, thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He’s coming again, so make sure to call on His name and believe into Him before you take your last breath! We ALL will be resurrected one day and live forever, it’s just a matter of “where will you be”? There’s no such a thing as “RIP”, after you die. This is a big lie! Read the Holy Bible.

I’m 10 years into studying these climbers. They are all on a spectrum of mental disorders. The line is thin. Their disorder is a super power if channeled well. And then they fall to death. Rip uli!!!
